I have just finished the BTFA course and I am AMAZED to what I brought me. I have worked in the Automotive Industry for over 30 years and the industry is always implementing new processes and changes and most of them are not sustainable.
As HR, I knew we had to involve people in a better way, but there was never time to do this and alsothere was not the understanding of how our brains really work so we never really got it right. BTFA are the final pieces to the puzzle of sustainable change management.
