Or you are a leader and would like to gain some more structure in the great conversations that you are having every day. You would like to feel more confident and professional in your (coaching) conversations and feel like you know what you are doing. This Coaching Fundamentals Certification is for you.

🎯 Who is the Coaching Fundamentals Course for?

Yet, there are so many coaching courses on the market! How to choose? You don’t want to pay a lot of money for a course that will leave you unprepared or potentially confused. You want a well structured model, easy to apply guidelines and a lot of practice in the course so you are optimally prepared. Also, you don’t have all the time in the world and would like this to be happening in manageable chunks. And last but not least: you want to demonstrate your quality as a coach and set a clear signal to the market that you stand for an ethical and serious practice.

The best way to do that is to be certified by the International Coaching Federation, the “gold standard” for coaches and as a practitioner with EMCC. Our course is the only one (we know of) that will offer you the training and mentoring hours for these 3 certifications: ICF ACC, EMCC Practitioner and IASTI Solution-Focused Practitioner

“Solution Focused Coaching”

Coaching Fundamentals teaches “Solution Focused Coaching” an easy to use and easy to apply, yet structured, professional and evidence based approach. You will have the certainty that your coaching has a solid foundation. Your customers will have the certainty that you are a professional coach since the course is fully accredited with the International Coaching Federation.

Level 1 – ICF ACC

It offers you all the training and mentoring hours needed for your ACC credential under the ACSTH or Level 1 track. For ACTP or Level 2 add the course Coaching in Organisations.

Schedule : 2 hours/week during 24 weeks

The course runs for 24 weeks, 2 hours a week and is purely online, so very manageable. We start courses 5-6 times a year at different times of the day and days of the weeks, so there will surely be a course that fits your schedule.

Additional material available

There is lots of additional material available for your learning and you will be able to practice what you have learned in peer groups as well.
You can gain your coaching experience hours by doing reciprocal coaching with our graduates in our platform or by doing pro-bono coaching which we offer to organisations.

After the class, you have access our business development program for a highly discounted price. Also, there is continuous support by our regular meetups where you can ask anything that may come up in your practice. Registrations are open until 1 weeks before the session, subject to availability.

Accreditation of the Coaching Fundamentals training :

• Level 1 – ICF ACC
• Practitioner – EMCC
• IASTI

Total cost of the course: €2800 excl BTW

Once paid you will receive a documentation package containing:

• A reminder of the objectives, the programme and the trainer’s contact details.
• The registration form should be completed and returned to the training organisation.
